Accountability

Derek stresses that to hold your business to the highest standards will reap huge benefits. It is this mindset that differentiates an average business from a thriving business. “Ensure all employees are on the right seats on the bus,” said Derek. “And make sure the bus is heading North.” Monthly evaluation of employees ensures a business will run smoothly and effectively. With those who achieve a high evaluation, reward with promotion and compensation. For those employees who evaluate poorly, retrain or remove from your business quickly and without fuss.
